In today’s blog post I will be talking about summer 2020 outfits on a budget. This is great for those last minute summer outfits.
Summer’s about to end, but don’t end this season without some cute yet affordable looks.
I’m also so happy that these stores I will be talking about are open and practicing social distancing. Plus they have many affordable styles for both plus size and straight sizes, Who doesn’t love that?
With Covid going on, this is great for those who are also on a small budget, but want a few outfits, plus they will also be bringing more styles in for fall, so keep a lookout for that blog post!
Keep reading below for some summer 2020 outfits on a budget.
Look #1- Tee & Biker Shorts

Can you believe this shirt was only $6.99 at dd’s discounts, plus it’s available in plus size for my plus size girls!
How cute is it? It’s definitely one of my favorite shirts and the lips have glitter, come on you can’t say no to glitter.

I paired this cute tee with these purple Forever 21 biker shorts with lace at the bottom, they were also only $9.99.
These Steve Madden glitter sneakers are the only thing that are not on a budget, but can be worn with any cute sneakers.
Look #2- Floral lightweight Kimono

Another great summer 2020 outfits on a budget is this cute lightweight self-tie kimono.
This kimono is actually from Ross dress for less. I’m loving that they also have a selection of plus size clothes.

Also It was on clearance for under $10, I just had to get it to make a cute summer look out of it or it’s also perfect for a beach day!
It looks super cute with leggings, and flats on. Personally I would do a white cami underneath, but when you have limited access to change while doing a photoshoot, it’s kind of difficult.
Look #3- Floral Peplum top

When I saw this top, I had to have it! It has floral print detailing and has a strappy back. It also has a peplum look to it and the back is a bit stretchy.
This top is another dd’s discounts top and was under $15. It honestly looks like the other tops I buy for more than $30.

I paired this top with these black pants from a local boutique near me. The shoes are Kate Spade, which are not budget friendly, but this look can also be completed with any black flats.
The hair pins I’m wearing are another dd’s discounts find, and were under $5. For cute accessories, I had to have these since in other stores they cost more.
Look #4- Sunflower long maxi dress

The final look I will be sharing is this super cute white sunflower maxi dress, Not only is this the perfect end of summer dress, but it has rhinestones all over.
I actually bought this dress just last week from Ross dress for less for under $15! I paired this dress with white espadrilles from torrid.

How cute are these pearl white heart earrings? I got these at ross dress for less for under $10.
Final Thoughts
If you have never shopped at Ross or dd’s, you have to check them out! They’re actually sister stores.
They have so many great deals that won’t break the bank and people always ask me where I get my clothes.
The truth is while many of my clothes are from torrid and other not so budget friendly shops, I also love shopping for good deals.
Ross, dd’s, and burlington are some of my favorite budget friendly shops, and not only for clothes, but for shoes, home, and my son.
It’s also plus size friendly, which is a win for me!
Don’t forget, next week I will be launching my makeup brushes “imperfectlyou by Monica Fisher” on my instagram, and I will also be hosting my first giveaway!
