The Best Plus Size Jeans For An Apple Shape

In this weeks blog post, I will be talking about the best plus size jeans for an apple shape.

Now, you may be wondering, what exactly is an “apple shape”?

An apple shape is basically when your waist/mid-section is the biggest section of your body,

Apple shape body type have a bigger mid-section with thinner legs.

I define myself as an “apple shape” body type. I have always had a bigger mid-section with thin legs, and I always thought I was so disproportionate.

Because I am an apple shape, I have had so many problems finding the perfect pair of jeans.

I have always been a fan of skinny jeans. I just love the way they look, but usually, the waist fits perfect, but the legs are so big, or the legs fit perfect and the waist fits tight.

That is until I found the best plus size jeans for an apple shape.

The perfect colored skinny Jeans

These are the Good American skinny jeans in lavender. I got these at Norstrom Rack for under $80, which is a steal considering how much I pay for them at Nordstrom or their website.

If you do not know about Good American, it’s basically a clothing brand made by Emma Grede and Khloe Kardashian.

At first when I heard about this clothing brand and how they we’re basically more of a jean brand. I thought, “great! another pair of jeans that won’t fit.”

From the beginning, they said that their jeans would also cater to plus size and when I tried on my first pair of Good American skinny jeans, I was so shocked!

They actually fit! To make it even better, the waist was stretchy and was not digging into me like other jeans I have tried on.

If you are an apple shape like me, you need to get these jeans!

They are definitely apple shape friendly! I was so happy that not only did they fit my waist, but they also fit my thin legs and they were still skinny like I like them.

I paired these beautiful jeans with this torrid top. The top has faux buttons on the front and beautiful floral print.

The flats are this nice purple color with cutouts accent all over.

Good Legs, Good Denim

Another pair of the best plus size jeans for an apple shape are these Good American, good legs jeans.

These are my most recent bought jeans, I really wanted a nice pair of denim to go with most of my tops.

They were bought from Nordstrom and are on the pricey side, I did pay $200 for them, but I already knew how expensive these were, since they are not my first pair.

One thing I do want to note is these are pricey, but I believe they are worth the investment, especially someone like me, who can’t find jeans easily.

You can definitely feel the difference between these and other jeans. They are much more softer and thicker, you don’t need to worry about these ripping.

Loving how they have distressing at the bottom, which you can’t really see, but they would go perfect with some flats or sandals to show it off.

Let’s not forget how comfortable these are!

They are stretchy and again, just like the lavender pair, they fit perfect around the waist and legs.

Good American has many type of jeans, if you are an apple shape, I would go for the ones that are stretchy at the waist, those are the ones you want.

The brand is also sold at norstrom rack, so you can check them out there.

They are a bit less expensive, but they do not have a variety there.

The sizes are not always there, and they don’t have the specific color or type you are looking for.

I paired this look with this new madewell tee and these Nike sneakers.
